My name is Anitra Martinez, and I am a lifelong New Jersey resident, and I am a real estate agent with customer service expertise. My exceptional customer service background has taught me important skills such as leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. I have developed a sharp analytical mindset that enables me to evaluate market trends, data-driven insights, and provide clients with the essential insights to help them make informed decisions. My academic background and my customer service experience uniquely positions me in the real estate market.  I hold a master's degree in educational psychology which has helped me attain the essential skills for understanding emotions, decision-making, and challenges of home ownership.  

The real estate industry is not just about buying or selling homes, but it is about building relationships and helping others. A home is an investment, and I chose the real estate profession because growing up I watched my own parents work very hard to purchase their first home over 30 years ago. My parents didn't just financial invest in a home, but they also invested in building a foundation for their family.  A place to call home.
